These are rendered from sanitised data by the same code that renders yours. The address is not covered up — it is not in the file.
One property, answered. Opening a report you already have costs nothing, however many times you open it. Running a lookup again is charged, however recently you ran the same property. When you look up something you have run in the last thirty days we tell you first, with what it would cost and a link to the report you already have, and asking is never charged.
Two failed lookups cost one lookup between them. A failure is an address we could not identify, or one that matched several properties. A property with no permits on record is not a failure: that is an answer, and it costs a full lookup.
A single report bought without an account is a purchase rather than an allowance, so buying the same one twice is charged twice.
When you reach your allowance, lookups pause until it resets or you add credits: 10, 100, 600 or 2,500 lookups at the same per-lookup price as the plan of that size, charged once, good for a year, never reset by the month. If you keep needing the bigger pack, the bigger plan is cheaper, and we will say so when you pick it.
The allowance is monthly on both billing intervals. Paying a year up front costs 15% less and buys twelve monthly allowances — it is billed in full on the day you buy it and is not refundable. Cancelling either interval stops the renewal at the end of the period you paid for. There is no free tier: every lookup costs us money to answer, so we charge for it rather than pretending otherwise.
Lookups stop; reports do not disappear. Everything generated while you were paying stays retrievable for its full 90 days, and reactivating restores lookups immediately rather than requiring anything to be restored.
You paid for those lookups. Taking them back is not how we would like to collect a debt.
